We designed Aeon Hire from the experience outward, aligning product, AI, brand, and hiring into one connected system.
That approach made consistency the product’s foundation, creating a shared framework for evaluating candidates while keeping AI understandable, useful, and trustworthy.

Primary goals to achieve:
Building a hiring system,
not another collection of features.
Aeon Hire’s goal was to turn fragmented, inconsistent hiring practices into one structured experience. The platform needed to help teams evaluate every candidate against the same standards, surface useful intelligence at the right moment, and make better decisions without adding complexity.

We built the product, process, and experience together from the ground up.
Our research showed that many hiring platforms digitized individual tasks but failed to create a consistent decision-making system. Workflows were fragmented, candidate evaluation varied by interviewer, and critical insights were often buried across disconnected tools. Aeon Hire needed to solve the larger problem: give every hiring team a shared structure and ensure every candidate was evaluated against the same standards.
As the founding product experience leader, I established the systems required to turn an early-stage concept into a credible, customer-ready platform, aligning the product model, brand, design language, and hiring journey around one coherent experience.

A real-time view of candidate alignment at a glance.
HireINTEL evaluates every resume against the job requirements and surfaces a fit score, key strengths, and potential gaps so hiring teams can quickly understand who to prioritize.

Designing the evaluation model
The core design decision was not how to visualize a score, but what that score should actually mean. We treated candidate fit as contextual, not universal, and built the evaluation model around the requirements of the specific role. That gave Aeon a consistent way to compare candidates while still surfacing the nuance behind the result, including strengths, gaps, and supporting evidence.
The goal was never to replace judgment with automation. It was to create a clearer decision framework, one that made AI useful without turning it into a black box or pretending that hiring could be reduced to a single number.

Create a brand system with enough personality to stand apart, and enough discipline to scale.
Most hiring platforms looked and sounded the same, formal, restrained, and largely forgettable. Aeon Hire needed to feel more progressive while still carrying the authority expected from a serious hiring platform.
The verbal identity was built with the same intent. Brand content was concise, relatable, and written from a position of expertise. Headlines were direct. Product language avoided jargon. Explanations made complex AI capabilities easier to grasp without oversimplifying them. The goal was to sound confident without becoming corporate, and approachable without losing credibility.
The result was a brand that felt distinct, useful, and coherent, a system capable of supporting product experiences, marketing, sales, onboarding, and future growth without fragmenting into different voices or visual styles.
